Order Help

For your convenience, we have set up this site to accept credit and debit cards online. (You may also pay in the traditional manner, by printing out an order form and mailing it to us with a check.) Or you can place your order over the phone at (800) 930-3475. Either way, the process for ordering could not be simpler!

From the individual product description page, simply click “Add to Cart”. If you are finished shopping, click “Proceed to Checkout.” (From other pages on the website, you may access your cart by clicking on the “My Cart” icon in the dark green Clever Cufflinks marquee at the top of the page.)

Checking out

You can select your payment method on the first Checkout Aisle page. Customers paying online can use credit cards, debit cards and electronic checks (cleared through PayPal). You can also pay through the mail with a personal check, cashier's check or money order. At present, we cannot accept phoned-in credit card orders.

Click “Next Step” and on the following Checkout Aisle page you can choose your delivery preference. Clever Cufflinks uses the United States Post Office as its exclusive shipping agent. Among the benefits to our customers from using the USPS are lower shipping costs, delivery to post office boxes, and cost-effective service to Canada and Mexico. Our standard shipping option, Priority Mail, takes about two to three business days in the Continental U.S.

On the third Checkout Aisle page, you will be asked to enter your billing and shipping addresses. Fill in the required fields and click “Next Step” again.

If you have elected to pay electronically, the last Checkout Aisle page will display a summary of your order and a “Pay Now” button. Please click the button to complete your order at PayPal's secure payment website. (We have more about PayPal here.)

Completing your order online

If you are paying online and have not used PayPal before, you will see a page that looks like this:

At the PayPal site, click “Secure Checkout”, select your form of payment, complete the address form, and confirm your payment. That’s it! You don't need a PayPal cash account, and you don't have to sign up or receive a million annoying e-mails. A “cookie” on your computer will save your PayPal information. The next time you buy something through them, you will be recognized.

Completing your order offline

If you have elected to pay through the mail with a check or money order, you will be prompted to enter your billing and shipping address. Once you have done that, you will see your completed invoice on the screen. It looks like this:

Please print out this page and mail it to us along with your payment. Also, please be aware that we will hold checks for clearance before shipping your goods. Please make all payments in favor of “Clever Products Corporation.” We are located in Chicago, Ill.; our address is on the invoice.

That’s all there is to it! You’ve actually probably spent about twice as long reading this as you will spend clicking through the checkout. It’s no sweat at all, as you will find out shortly.
